Overview

Centrale - Muntinlupa stands out as a refined European dining destination nestled within the vibrant Molito Commercial Complex. This French-Italian restaurant captures the sophisticated spirit of European cuisine while offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that suits a variety of occasions—whether it’s a romantic date night, a casual family dinner, or a gathering with friends.

The location itself is convenient, tucked at the corner of Madrigal and Commerce Avenues in Alabang, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors. The restaurant’s layout thoughtfully balances an airy al fresco section with a cozy indoor dining area. Guests should note the warmth generated by the brick oven indoors, especially in warmer months, which may influence seating preference.

At the heart of Centrale’s appeal is its menu, which reflects a deep love for classic European flavors with a modern touch. Signature dishes such as the tender Rib Eye steak paired with homemade sauces, the indulgent Tournedos Rossini topped with caramelized foie gras, and rich preparations like beef bourguignon and Fricassé de Volaille showcase the brand's culinary craftsmanship. Pasta lovers will appreciate their Penne Alfredo and Carne Ragu, balancing hearty textures with delicate sauces. The dessert selection, from Crepe Suzette to panna cotta variations flavored with caramel or orange syrup, offers a sweet conclusion that complements the meal although some might find the sweetness on the heavier side.

The culinary experience is enhanced by attentive, professional service that patrons consistently praise. While some have found portion sizes moderate and pricing on the premium side, the overall quality and presentation justify the dining investment. The ambiance reflects understated elegance with tasteful interiors, creating a relaxing yet classy environment without feeling overly formal.

For guests seeking authentic European dishes in the Metro Manila area, Centrale - Muntinlupa presents a compelling option. Its balance of flavor, quality ingredients, and a welcoming yet sophisticated space makes it an ideal spot for those who appreciate culinary artistry paired with comfortable dining. Whether savoring a robust red wine alongside a rich French onion soup or enjoying a fresh Caesar salad under the open sky, Centrale offers a harmonious blend of taste and atmosphere in the heart of Alabang.

The pastries were a bit pricey for the quality. The orange cake was a bit too sweet. The apple pie top was flat no longer flaky. On the upside, their space, although open as it was on the walking path to and from the parking floors and the restaurants, was clean and actually very inviting!

We fancied some eastern cuisine so we walked around Molito and found this cozy looking restaurant. They have al fresco and air-conditioned area but somehow, going al fresco seems to be better since inside, their brick oven heats up the room and it can get really uncomfortable. So beware of this. Food was great especially the Rib Eye steak with their homemade sauce cooked medium well to perfection. The risotto was quite dry sadly and the beef bourguignon was good. All in all a good experience except for getting a bit sweaty inside especially this summer time.

Nice interiors, excellent service and great French-Italian cuisine. Loved their French onion soup and chicken dish (forgot the name). Servings are reasonably sized but they also have for sharing items which are excellent.

Decent French - Italian food. The quality of food is very good, would recommend them for that. Staff were really nice. The only thing is that the serving can be a bit small. We ordered 2 dishes that were good for 2 - 3 persons and it looks like it was only good for 1 person. The price can be a bit expensive too for something with a small serving. Will still give them a 5/5 because of the very good food quality and nice staff.

We really enjoyed the fondue bourguignonne, crepe Suzette and profiteroles. Bottle of Merlot was good. Staff are nice but needed some prompting, that’s the only reason why I drop a star.

I just spent another year on Earth so this date is a bit more special. We stayed at a hotel in Alabang. Pero dahil malapit lang kami sa Molito, we definitely had to try something here that we won’t find on our side of Metro Manila and of course dapat kasing special din ng occasion.. So we ended up with this French Italian restaurant called Centrale. For starters, we had some salmon salad and French onion soup which by the way is an appetizer bundle for 690 pesos. We loved them both, and in case you’re a cheese lover like this girl here, I think you’ll find the generous amount of mozzarella cheese on the soup quite satisfying. For pasta, we ordered Porcini e Salsiccia. Sausage was herby, the sauce was not to salty and was there to support the taste of the sausage. For the mains, we went for the rib eye steak with red wine sauce and halibut in lemon garlic and caper sauce. Between the two, the halibut stood out more. Perfect texture ng fish and the zesty, salty sauce just complements the delicate taste of halibut really well. For dessert we had profiterole. The pastry part is similar to that of cream puffs, with vanilla ice cream in between then topped with a deliciously light and mildly sweet chocolate sauce. Do visit Centrale at Molito Lifestyle center for your most special occasions. And if you do, we highly recommend the pasta, the halibut and the dessert we featured here. See you on our next date! First time at Centrale — and I’m seriously impressed! I came in not knowing what to expect, just hoping for a good meal… but what we got was a full-on experience. The ambiance is warm and refined, and the staff made us feel welcome right away — even as first-time guests. We tried a few standout dishes and everything delivered: Quattro Stagioni Pizza – This four-seasons pizza is perfect for indecisive foodies like me! You get a little bit of everything — Margherita, Napoletana, Cinque Formaggi, and Prosciutto. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Risotto Alla Pescatora – Italian rice with seafood in white wine and tomato. This one tasted like comfort and elegance in one bite. Soupe à l’oignon – A rich, classic French onion soup topped with an emmental crouton. Bold flavors and so satisfying — perfect if you want something cozy. L’Entrecôte – The ribeye steak was beautifully cooked and served with a red wine sauce that tied it all together. Definitely a splurge, but worth it for a special night out. Soufflé (Buy 1 Take 1!) – We got both the Chocolate and Grand Marnier flavors. Light, fluffy, and just the right sweetness. It felt like a gentle finish to an already wonderful meal. What I loved most was how everything felt intentional — from the plating to the taste. Nothing rushed, nothing overly showy — just good food done well. If you’re looking to treat yourself or someone special, Centrale is a hidden gem worth discovering. We’ll definitely be back to try more!
